I've run my own businesses. I know what it feels like to make decisions without enough information — to back your instinct and hope it lands. And I've spent years sitting alongside founders doing exactly the same.
What I kept seeing, time and again, were businesses with real potential — real customers, real data, real history — making decisions based on assumption rather than evidence. And I get it. Research was costly, and most SMEs wouldn't know where to begin, or really how to use the data they did gather. That's all changed now.
